I fully trust you’ve got this plan all threaded together, Brandon, but man… from my view this is a HUGE breach of trust on Tim’s part. I mean, his friendship with Shadow *began* with his unwillingness to risk a photo of her getting out. I get that Tim was backed into a corner here, but this is quite a hole he’s dug for himself. Side note, panel 4 is excellent. It really captured the relationship.
My thoughts exactly! They aren’t even people that are (relatively speaking) important in Tim’s life.. the bully and a girl he’s been on a single study date with. How has Tim kept the secret this long lololol
Here’s a prediction
Shadow is gonna say something like ” I can’t believe you’ve spilled my secret!” Tim will retort “I can’t believe you tried to hurt romantic rival character girl ”
The corner Brandon wrote himself in is pretty bad. The only way out I think is to either invoke the comic’s one Mcguffin; Shawdow’s magic book (A good ol’ memory erase spell will do the trick) or…..what?

To give the situation a Harry Potter vibe, Brandon, you’re wandering around with the Marauder’s Map to the story whilst we, the readers, are stumbling around the castle with twigs tipped with glowworms trying to see the big picture.
So of course we’re going to miss the (seemingly) blindingly obvious… (At least it’ll seem obvious when you finally reveal the twisty path we missed in our theory-crafting.)
Wait, what? Glowworms? The heck? All I have is a limp piece of last years hay and it is not just damp and limp…but there is a type of black mold on it that I suspect is either A) sentient and carnivorous or B) an entire civilization AND sentient AND carnivorous AND happens to prefer primate as main source of said meat.

Shadow already have tried to shear a cheerleader, and that’s not keeping a low profile at all.
The idea seems to be that if Tim mediates peace, these two would be relieved to not have a certain possessive and irate otherworldly sorceress after them, and she won’t get into trouble with her folk. And then maybe he would have a few headaches less.
Also, these two sort of know about her already, Tim couldn’t talk about this with anyone at all yet, and he can bite his tongue only so much.

Nah, you didn’t offend me… a majority of people seem to find me through various porn sites out there, so I’m sort of okay with it; however, it does tend to give them some false idea about the comic being *specifically* a porn comic when that is not necessarily the point.
oh i know porn isnt the point. thats why i was suprised when i went to google images to see if there was any fanart that wasnt in the channel and one of the top results is an image linked to a porn site. been a fan for a couple months now (2) and was suprised. im glad i didnt offend you.

Well, in simple terms, there are two major chunks left before the chapter ends; but a LOT happens in those two chunks. Some revelatory, game-changing stuff is about to be unleashed… so, looking at the the big picture, maybe Shadow’s feelings about some secret photo album getting revealed to these two chuckleheads may pale in comparison. Hah.

Along those lines, Eclipse turms out to bw NOT just a passing love interest for Midnight but a covert operative for a shadowy Nox agency investigating rumours of clandestine interactions between Nox and humans with a view to termiating any Nox citizens participating in such relationships (with prejudice).
Quick, somebody alert Eclipse to Terminus and Anna before she interrogates (or seduces – the better way) Shadow!
Seems rather… counterproductive. The sort of a plan which ends in losing one’s hat (and the dirigible in flames).
And any plan that has you losing your hat is a very bad idea…

Question, what food do Noxians eat? From what I saw in ’48, I hope that is very wet rice or something similar, although I do not understand how the life of our world can adapt perfectly to its food chain without side effects. .

Yeah, they eat some sort of gruel paste. It’s pretty tasteless. Think the stuff they eat on the Nebuchadnezzar in The Matrix.
ok, that’s a great description of that, but here’s why or rather, what fundamental element of life is it composed of? Most food and living beings need water or H2O to live or be fed, (the strange thing is that I thought it would hurt them when using it but it turns out not and it is as if nothing happened and it was totally normal and not like the stories and beliefs in ancient times that you wet them with water and it would burn their skin) although their world is increasingly more mysterious, incredible.
It is made from some form of biomass. Maybe it’s best we not think about it too much!

Hmmm….where do any deceased Noxians go? (Have you seen the film “Soylent Green”?)
I would say that they go to a totally large cemetery and with more and more spaces for the dead (something like the one in tf wfc siege at the beginning of chapter 4) and when a body turns to dust they use it for cultivation or use for plants but I only saw parts of moss in ruins and with the space already free they use it for the next one.
The late (great) author Robert A. Heinlein once described an asteriod-dwelling society where their dead family members were composted in family tunnels, where only flowers, not vegetables, were grown.
I don’t think I ever commented on this comic though I’ve been reading it for a couple years.

Oof i dont see this as a bad thing for shadow, be it a unexpected move yes. But its seems more of a recount of a building relationship even if tim didnt or doesn’t see it right now the other two do.
Yes they now know that demons (Aka shadow and the like) exist but i mean it could help get the realization that tim needs to kick it back to the present (that being Page 1 of chapter 1)
