I’d actually argue that Tim is the smart one. Cause I mean not every young man gets to chill with a hot sexy monster girl who comes crawling out from under his bed almost every night. Honestly you’d have to be stupid to not be in love with her.
Tim was answering in the affirmative to the second part of Eclipse’s statement
I love how he is so focused on saving Shadow, that he doesn’t even register the fact that Nightmare said “barely”, when he was called “human”, showing that it isn’t just Shadow that has figured things out, and also, I love how Tim doesn’t care at this point, to save his love he is storming a new world!
The fact that Midnight said Tim was barely human is kind of closer to the truth than he realised. After all, she knows he’s a hybrid.
